We are getting very frustrated by the lead times on almost any piece of Dell kit at the moment. Certain laptops are taking over three weeks to get to us which considering we can get HP next biz day is making us wonder why we are still supplying them.
The only point of note really is that you can build a Dell to your exact spec and then they manufacture it for you, hence the lead time.
Apologises to any of our customers, and there are quite a few, who are still waiting on Dell kit, it really is out of our hands.
